Moving into Winchester Park Apts has been an exciting experience for me. Britney Otero who was my leasing consultant did a phenomenal job getting me in a timely manner and ensured that my move in process was error free. Also I had received a washer and dryer pair that had the old 3 prong cord. During my conversation with Britney, Mr. Ron ( the maintenance supervisor) was present. He kindly offered to change out my cord when I thought I'd need to wait for payday to order from Amazon. Needless to say, my experience has exceeded all of my expectations and have NO REGRETS in choosing such a fantastic property to move into. Thanks again to Travis (property manager) for leading such a terrific team of professionals. THANKS BRITNEY AND MR. RON...you are AWESOME

Really like living here my experience has not been bad. No place is perfect but when there are issues the new management tries to handle them quickly. Maintenance is always great. Dustin handled fixing my stove and handling the water spill issue immediately and exceeded my expectations. He is a super friendly guy who seems to enjoy what he does.

Love this place ! No complaints here. If your looking for a luxurious, fun and friendly place to live you should definitely stop and talk to the staff in the office! Travis or Brittany are Super nice super helpful . As of December 1st we have new owners and new management Gold Oller bought this complex and .work on new renovation. For show models. Looking good ! as with any transition there's obstacles to overcome and a rhythm to get into . And we will achieve that ! . As I'm not only a resident for a year now!, as you can see from all my photos ! but I'm also a new employee . Looking forward to my original offer and making This Community! MY Community! Our Community! The best GoldOller has to offer our residents ! Come in and see what New and Exciting changes we have in store ! ❤️

I just moved in today and I must say that Britney Otero is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! She took time to answer all my questions and addressed my concerns. VERY professional and helpful.. we applied and worked with Brittany she texted me right before the holidays to keep me updated with my application which was VERY nice . She answered any and every question we had . This was just taken over by new management so reading the old reviews had me worried originally but she proved everything otherwise . The area is lovely, the apartments are maintained nicely and they will do any and everything to get you into a place that works for you and your family ! I definitely recommend!!
